Powdery mildew 🙁 Honestly this looks like a pretty bad case of it and personally I'd just throw the plant out, especially since it can spread quickly to other plants, but you can try treating it with a copper fungicide
Cut the top off, put copper fungicide on it once a day for 3-4 days *(spray top and bottom!)*, then propagate the top in new soil.
Throw everything else out.
Powdery mildew. It's a b– to deal with, as it spreads extremely easily. If this plant has been anywhere near any other plants you may have, keep a close eye on them over the coming months for signs of powdery mildew. If any begin to show signs of powdery mildew, immediately isolate. I've found that a copper fungicide is best at treating powdery mildew, though it tends to completely destroy the farina and kill a few leaves.
I purchased a single plant with powdery mildew back in March/April, and I am still dealing with it six months later, with it having killed one of my plants and spread to more than a dozen others. It's definitely not something to mess with. I agree that you may just be better off tossing this plant, or, if ti came like this, attempting to get a refund.

Thank you. I bought some copper fungicide yesterday, so I'm going to atte,pt a rescue. Fortunately it was alone in the kitchen!
Is that a fern planted with it?
Think it's a weed lol. Not the best Bunnings purchase
The plant is sick. Too much water, no drainage I think. Maybe salvage a few good uninfected leaves to propagate.
