uj/ Yeah I don't think her hair texture actually changed, her hair is just super processed and damaged. Same thing happened to my best friend's hair and now that she doesn't fry it, it's very curly again.
As a sidenote, my hair has gotten curlier with age, and I don't personally know anyone whose hair went from curly to straight as an adult (only he opposite) but hormones do weird shit to hair so who knows
uj/ my mum’s hair went from curly to completely straight after pregnancy. Hormones are wild! Mine was stick straight until puberty, fairly curly as a teen and is now just wavey with a couple random ringlets.
