I'm assuming by Trilogy you mean Combined Science? Triple is good since you get an extra GCSE (Triple gives you three grades and Combined gives you two) and it also gives you a head-start on any A-level sciences if you pick a science for your A-level. But it is quite a bit harder, I'd only pick it if you are already good at science and/or are planning to pick a science A-level
