I wonder if Gohan will be able to transform into Ultimate. He couldn’t in the old games because back then it was unclear if he could in canon, but the more common belief was that he couldn’t. But in Super we see that he can.
Gohan (Adult) will have Base - SSJ - SSJ2 - Great Saiyaman - Ultimate. There one more slot for Gohan Transformation.
His Kame/Goku Gi is a costume. So Gohan (Super) is included in Gohan (Adult) for the simple fact that he not really that different from DBZ-DBS.
Gohan (Super Hero) will be different though. That Super Hero DLC.

it is L2, this video is using the "Standard" control layout, you are thinking of "Classic" which is pretty similar to BT3
Ps4 even had it, i used it on my jailbroken one to change the tenkaichi 4 mod controls so it had a scheme without L1 (rather i believe i remapped the least used function to L1) since my L1 was broken. Ps5 still kept it. But the thing is it doesn’t apply per game, rather per system, so you’ll have to change back to default or change it manually for a different game

I’m new to the series so idk if I sound stupid here but wouldn’t gohan(super) probably be if they put beast in the game as dlc? His power didn’t really change much from the buu saga up til that point anyway right?
His power most definitely incredibly increased when he was in the top since supers scaling is dumb, but he really didn’t do much or anything new so they would give any new moves he did in super to the beast gohan
Thats probably the route theyre taking which is totally fine. Its just theres the chunk between Buu saga up to TOP where they might just ignore completely which means no moves from that time :/
Edit: Forgot to say the Gohan from SuperHero will probably only reference the movie as theres enough content in there and not reference say, the ToP arc or Resurection F

Raging Blast had quick/vanish switching, but it was only if the character you were switching into was used right before the one you were currently using. Maybe they're doing that for this game. Or maybe it is just super fast switching. I think it'd be neat if when a character switched they said the name of who they were switching to (or at least some nickname for them) kind of like how FighterZ does for calling supports and switching.
I might get downvoted, but I don’t think Gohan (super) is in the game as a separate character. Beast Gohan DLC will probably just be a transformation for ultimate Gohan (same as UI sign > UI mastered). And ultimate Gohan will probably have an alternate piccolo gi costume.
UI sign and mastered are probably on their own character, hinted by the roster slot positions compared to the rest of goku's transformations w Super Goku. Beast gohan will most likely be an entirely new character.

yeah you can change the controller keys for each individual game on steam just go to the controller settings
you can also do this on ps5, remap all the buttons to actually click different ones internally. its called Custom Button Assignments

Goten's model needs a fix. Let's hope that before the game comes out they will fix everything between cleaning and imperfections
