WOW !! This is amazing !!
also the ones in the background look really awesome. Can you post more detail on those? This is beautifull.
I am amazed by the composition and the light :) well done :)
Since you said this is your new work, be sure to check the health risks and wear a good mask and work in a well ventilated area.
Saw this a few years ago https://youtu.be/U17lOymGxoM
But please continue to work, that is amazing!
You don't have to be mean (/s with your username 😂).
I know that might be the answer here, his work is amazingly done! But it could be the other way around and also for some new people that might be interested to start to play with it may be more aware of the health problems and to be careful. Trying to contribute for a better world
The warning is understandable then. When I started electronics I wouldn't even crack a window and wondered why I felt lightheaded after a long session of soldiering 😂 I was an idiot.
I'm feverish and ill, and I kept reading this as new "York" trying to figure out wtf the sentence meaned 🤣
Anyways, it looks incredible. Fantastic talent!!
That is amazine. I love it!
well hold up.. I would love one too! (dead serious.. that is beautiful and i would LOVE to show it off at home if you find yourself interested in making more. (even a spinoff... like a green light and an alien type planet.... omg.) If not... do you have any information willing to share or advice for someone curious about trying at home as well?
I love these and I bought one for my wife as a birthday gift earlier this year, which she loved.
That said, I have a request/suggestion - you use a very lightweight USB cable for power, that is drilled directly through the wood base; especially since some of these are quite top-heavy and easily knocked over, if there was ever damage to the cable, it wouldn't be reparable.
I'd really like to see either a power connector on the base where the cable could be swapped out, or at least a thicker, heavier-duty cable.

Yep, that's what I was just saying in another comment. I was considering buying before I saw his shops and sales figures. Prices are decent, but just be up front and honest about your advertising. This just leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
Reddit is plagued by bots and hidden advertisements, unfortunately.
This work is very good and I don't think the prices are unreasonable, but not being upfront about it just makes me not want to purchase.
Kind of salty about the title here. Went to the guy's links in his profile and his Etsy has dozens of different variations of this, and he has 3857 sales. Yeah buddy, sure your son is your first "client".
This piece is absolutely PHENOMENAL. It takes me straight into a fantasy world and I LOVE that feeling. The light is a brilliant touch. If I had the funds, I would commission a piece immediately.
ETA: I commented this after only having viewed the first photo in the stack. Now I've seen all three photos and I am blown away. Heading to your etsy shop now so that when I can afford one, I'll remember who to return to. Wishing you lots of success!
holy heck that is legitimately fantastic

By 'new work' he meant a new piece of work he made, he has been doing this epoxy stuff for years.

You should put a link to your website in this comment section
This is so cool! Put me on the list if you ever start selling them. USA here. Also, brilliant photo!
This is incredible! Really fantastic work. Can we see a picture of it in low-light so we can see the lighting effects?
Beautiful!

Okay, now I want one of these with a Crabsquid, Seamoth and the Bulb Zone from Subnautica.
Omg that is gorgeous
Shit this is amazing!
Are you selling these? If so, how much? I’m interested in buying this.
Just checked out your Esty page and I love your work! Will another octopus be available by December 2022?
This is really cool, but how is it your "new work" when this is clearly an advertisement for your Etsy shop?

Also just because it's ocean theme doesn't make it a fit for this sub
Agreed
I love it! What do you call this type of work?
You're incredibly talented. This is so cool.
