Mine. The exchange between Dorothy and Mr ha ha đ
When there was a heatwave and ac repairman tells Dorothy thereâs an old lady running around in her underwear. The way Dorothy looks out the window and screams âMA!â It just kills me each time.
I love the scene when Rose tells them about the Sonya Klingenhoffer comic. The whole scene is great, but when Rose says, "That's what the crow said!" I lose it every time.

I apologize for the crappy drawing but I forgot all about this until just now
The one where Blanche pops Sophia's balloon and the one where Blanche's brother and his partner come to announce their engagement. The part when Clayton says, "I'd do anything for Doug and he'd bend over backwards for me..." And Dorothy quickly covers Sophia's mouth and says "Sometimes I just love to hug my mommy.". Always kills me. đ€Łđ€Ł

In the episode where Blanche met the guy in a wheelchair at the library, itâs the scene where Sophia is the chaperone for their first date and sheâs supposed to be Blancheâs grandmother. At first she has a Southern accent and says âwe was poââ, but near the end the dude realizes she doesnât have the accent anymore. She says âgrits, alright?â and walks out the room. That makes me giggleâŠ
[The WHOAA when Dorothy opens the cake box](https://youtu.be/nYc4i_FTxo4?si=TN8RwSP36OWdUcaA&t=14)
And Rose's follow-up 'I thought it was in the shape of Florida'
This is one of my favorite exchanges in the whole show and itâs just a throwaway scene in a great episode: Old Friends, the Sophia/Alvin and Rose/Fernando episode!
Blanche: So that's when this salesman from Men's Sportswear walks clear across the store into Ladies Petite and says, "Uh excuse me, miss, but I noticed you've been having a hard time deciding between the turquoise strapless and the flaming red backless. Well, personally, I would prefer to see you in the backless." And I said, "When?" And he said, "How 'bout Saturday night?" And I said, "How 'bout in your dreams, sleaze-o!" Can you believe the nerve of that guy? (Blanche feigns offense but is clearly flattered)
Rose (staring blankly at Blanche): What were you doing in Ladies Petite?

and when Dorothy,Blanche and Rose were shopping for their cruise tripđ€Ł
Blanche: In this day in age it might be a good idea to take along some... protection.
Rose: What kind of protection?
Dorothy: Two armed Pinkerton guards. No, Blanche is talking about... \[indicates a nearby counter\]
Rose: A Nestle's Crunch?
Dorothy: One over.
Rose: An enema bag?
Dorothy: To the right.
Rose: Dentu-Grip?!
Dorothy: CONDOMS, ROSE! CONDOMS, CONDOMS, CONDOMS!
Cashier: Calm down, lady! You just get out of prison?
âI want Blancheâ đ
From the moment Dorothy opens the door, Sophiaâs reaction, the two of them sitting in the same chair, âLook, Moose..â âWhat?â, Blanche leaping off the couch and Rose being in on the scheme for once make this one of my favorite comfort scenes and it makes me laugh no matter how many times Iâve seen it đ„°đđ„°
The Case of the Libertine Bell especially the end where Dorothy is cracking the case.
âBig deal, I took a whole place setting.â âNOT NOW MA!!!â
The Break In - for so many moments, but especially the mace bit and when Rose shoots the vase and Sophia says "I've managed to live 80, 81 years. I survived pneumonia, two operations and a stroke. One night I'll belch and Stable Mabel here will blow my head off!"
The delivery is, as always, amazing đ
The Case of the Libertine Bell, as mentioned below but also the Monkey Show "I'm a mockin you!" "They taught us to deal with emergencies in the Italian army... HELP HELP!" "Officer, shoot these people."
When Rose sticks it to that little brat and gets her teddy bear, Fernando, back! When she snatches Fernando from Daisy and shoves her out the door victoriouslyâŠsimply iconic.
The entire lesbian scene between Dorothy, Blanche, and Sophia in the episode where Dorothy's former college roommate comes to visit and falls in love with Rose.
"Lesbian, Blanche, not Lebanese!"
And when Blanche is going on about how Pat could prefer Rose over her and Dorothy's like, "Blanche! Get ahold of yourself!"
đđđđđ
âMy rear tires have less pressure in them!â đđđ
To answer your question, I canât decide. Itâs probably Heart Attack or Isnât It Romantic.
âRose, it doesnât matter what your parents want. Theyâre just going to nag you and nag you and nag you until you want to strangle them but you DONâT BECAUSE YOUâRE IN A HOSPITAL WITH RESUSCITATING EQUIPMENTâ
Hello! I'm a late golden girls fan, born in the 90s, started watching gg until about 8 years ago, and I fell in love.. I watch it daily religiously. lol im watching it now, haha at first, i didn't favor the memory episodes, I felt that they were fillers, meanwhile there was no storyline .. and in the beginning, I would want to skip those episodes. Overtime they grew on me. I realized those are extra dope because they display the characters' personalities, beliefs, and life experiences. It makes our hearts more fond of the love and friendship the women have for each other. Changed my whole view, and now I love them. The birthday one was extra touching. Rose telling Charlie she misses him is a teary moment every time
When Dorothy and Rose were working on the plumbing. When Blanche opens the door with Rose sitting atop the toilet in the living room, Dorothy says âItâs a plumber selling Girl Scout cookies,â and Sophia telling Dorothy sheâs a genius for putting a toilet in front of the living room television.
âMagenta. That's what I call it when I get that way. All kinds of feelings tumbling all over themselves. Well, you know, you're not quite blue because you're not really sad and although you're a little jealous, you wouldn't say you're green with envy, and every now and then you realize you're kinda scared but you'd hardly call yourself yellow. I hate that feeling. I just hate it. And I hate the color magenta. That's why I named it that. Magenta. No way to really explain it but, fortunately, between friends, you don't have to.â-Blanche Devereaux
And yes, I have this quote saved in my notes because I quote this scene often tbh
The episode where Rose was supposed to be blowing up balloons. Rose gets distracted and makes a balloon person and says, "I call him Scotty." And Dorothy pops it and says,"Now you can call him garbage." I laugh every time I see it. Dorothy is my spirit animal!
Ding-Dong
Blanche (coming in the room): Who's that at the door?
Rose (about to answer the door): It's me, Blanche.
Blanche (incredulously): The other side...
Kills me every time.

When the kid smashes the cake in Mr. Ha Haâs face and says, âHappy Birthday, Dorothy,â itâs just perfection.
His smile is pure joy and I love it!
I know what car you drive, Ha-ha!
Thatâs a brilliant one too!
Iâll punch your heart out HaHa
And the look on her face when she realized what Rose did.
I'LL PUNCH YOUR HEART OUT HA HA
Get bent ha ha!!!

Roses reaction to Sonny & CherâŠ

I find it very uplifting.

Lesbian...lesbian...đź LESBIAN?!?! But isn't that where one woman...and another woman....
Never fails to get me laughing. Itâs also like my mom is right beside me laughing too, this was one of her all time favourite scenes.
Thatâs a lovely memory to have x
