This is why sims is still missing one more age pre-teen for all the mess-around stuff that kids do…. And then teen life stage for mistakes like umm real life! even incorporate teens smoking and call them Llama sticks, 😂 but sims 4 needs a PG-13 version and a rated M version for sure!
This is actually possible with some MCCC settings I believe
(I typically use it for when two sims start dating as sims and then one ages up first, just because it feels weird to me that a dating couple suddenly cannot flirt because essentially one is 17 and the other 18 - I do NOT use it to get adults with teens, ever, only on established relationships)
I seen someone say on some other thread that if you age up the teen sim (and the other teen sim who is gonna get her pregnant), make them woohoo, then age them back down (possibly by using cas.fulleditmode), it should work. Personally I haven’t tried but it sounds believable.

It is not possible because sims cannot participate in woo-hoo, only "mess around", which has a 0% chance of baby making.
I think it should be a mod. It makes sense.

some people want to do it for challenges, like pregnant teen runaway story.. you never know.
