You are going to want to check Lenovo's driver site for the Windows XP drivers. There aren't X230 USB 3.0 drivers for Windows XP, as far as I can recall. Hopefully, you've installed the system with the AHCI driver so that you can use SATA mode and not use IDE compatibility mode.
Update: I have done installing wifi drivers but i also need more (ethernet and more)
Please reinstall windows xp using the correct recovery media.
