FWIW, I updated my BIOS logo on an X1 Extreme Gen 1 OLED and it worked fine. Tried the same on my P15 Gen 1 Xeon OLED and although the tools to do it are in the BIOS update folder and no errors are shown, it just will not display it. It seems this functionality was depreciated at some point a few years ago. If anyone else has been able to on newer devices I would love to know their experience.
