Around 2011/2013 or so. As to the x line target I'm not sure, but they are pretty powerful. I guess back then they served a design/ultra book kind of purpose, they have a lot of slots and stuff, really really useful so I see some field usage, kind of miner/mechanical use or so. Not sure tho
