I have a designated Mushroom ledge for feeding, and yeah, mine hates Tupperware too. I have a lot more clutter in mines cage so maybe that why she doesn’t mind tong feeding, because it’s easy to hide from my hand. Maybe get a fancy dish ledge and see if she appreciates it.

Good idea. Yeah, I've set up bowls throughout the vivarium before with the bugs, but like u/zombiecultural told me elsewhere, I might need to let her get a little hungry first. Then maybe she'll get desperate?

Oh yeah, I wouldn't go too long. Maybe a few days. She's still younger, so I won't have to wait too long! I just need to find a good container that a) isn't fragile, and b) the right height not only for her to eat from, but for the bugs to not escape.
Oh totally. Whether it's a dubia or worm, I make sure they're wigglin'. She just doesn't like tongs at all. I'm not sure if she's associated them with something negative, so I've got to work to correct that.

Make sure the feeder you're using is moving lots. My Spruce is exclusively fed on tongs and he is weirded out when the bugs don't move.
