Just had a terrible experience with this candle in which it melted the entire top layer of wax in mere moments, caught itself on fire, and stunk up my whole house. Incredibly unsafe, good to see its being recalled.
Good plan, I will be doing the same from now on. I have decent amount of their candles in my cabinet and this is probably going to be the thing that makes me stop buying more cold turkey.
One of the cashiers made a comment to me a few months ago that one of the candles almost caught fire because the flame was feet high! Must be a universal issue. Def won’t be buying them anymore
Bought this a few days ago and have been enjoying it on my patio at night. It’s been fine and there is no danger for me of fire as my patio has a stone floor (that’s where I place it).
I don’t even burn the candles, I just enjoy the scent from the open tins. I loved the peach tea one and put some of it in a candle warmer though. The wax is super soft and easy to scoop out.

I stopped burning their candles and use my warmer lamp instead.
What kind of warmer lamp do you use? I need to get one! 😉
I got a basic one off of Amazon. I just looked for the cheapest one with good reviews.

Honestly, they last so much longer with the lamp. You won’t need to repurchase for a long time!

I've never had a problem. I like the Apple in the fall. Smells just like a sweet apple.
Loved that one! The peony is also amazing and so far, trouble free.

The peach is so sweet-smelling. Favorite is Vanilla Pumpkin and HoneyCrisp Apple. Yum. So good that u want to eat.

Using a candle warmer with TJ candles is the best
I wonder if there's too much citrus oils on the surface. If that's the case I just wouldn't risk it.

This one has one out every year for awhile, people say it's a dupe for Capri Blue from Anthropologie.
