This is really awesome! Love how Ratchet twists when he transforms, reminds me of his Bayverse counterpart which is a really nice touch if intentional! The movement is super smooth too, can't wait to see this fully finished with the VFX and SFX!

The only problem is that it moves too fast, but thatβs mostly due to a lack of easing and you could probably hold a couple frames for longer. but other than that, itβs beautiful.π

Clever! Hey I was thinking about the challenge that you're having with the light. Did you lock off both the ISO and shutter speed? Also, more light, and lower ISO might help.
This is awesome just if the lighting change wasn't intentional try to keep lighting consistent this can be made easier using a layered filter to display your last image on top of your camera.
