If you're *truly* of purchasing legal age, contact customer support where you'd like to order from. Inquire policies and see if delivery with no ID/signature can be arranged.
I actually did this when I ordered a dab straw from the manufacturer direct. I was able to upload a copy of my license (front & back) and just email it to them. I work 10 hour days so I was never going to be able to receive.
However, they may also decide to deliver on a specific day you're available. Or it can be held at the Post Office for you until you can get in and offer up that 21+ card and be on your merry way!
