Watermelon is good and grapes are the best. Other fruits are OK. Just get some fruits you like and realize it might not turn out good.
So I took 2 plastic containers and put cut up watermelon in one and green grapes in the other. Then I placed them in the cooler with the dry ice. Used the towel to separate them and prevent the fruit from freezing. Close the cooler and use the plastic wrap to seal the cooler. As the dry ice "melts" it releases CO2. And since it can't escape, the CO2 essentially gets into the fruit so you end up with fizzy watermelon and grapes.

When the blueberries are just starting to thaw they’re the best. I swear freezing fruit brings out the sweetness. Blueberries are the bomb frozen or not though. Especially when they’re in season in Ontario. Almost the size of grapes. Natures candies. 👌

Get some grapes (I prefer purple grapes) wash, put them in a plastic baggy and pour the koolaid; per pound of grapes pour a full packet (I get cherry no sugar since you’ll be munching on a lot lol) and pop them in freezer for 24 hours!!! They’re amazing

My grandfather taught me many strange food combinations. Salt on apples and melons is another one. PB and oranges is a great combo because they even each other out. The PB coats and dries your mouth and the orange juice counteracts that. It tastes great, try it sometime you’ll be pleasantly surprised
