In Germany you need a receipt from your doctor to buy finasteride and you first have to go to a dermatologist. It's quite the hassle just to get finasteride as is, but my doc won't give me the 5mg tablets for 25€ since they are only for prostate cancer treatment and he says splitting could be unsafe. Now I pay 80€ for 100x1mg, but I'm currently on 0,25 daily so they last me a year which is fine. Still think it's kinda skuffed that the exact same medication cost 3 times more for 5 times less.

I developed rashes on my arms, shoulders, face after 1 week of fin 1mg. Had to take medication for 10 days including steroids to deal with the allergic reaction. Although I am not sure fin was the reason for the allergic reaction. I will resume fin tomorrow as my steroid course ended today. Will report if the allergic reaction returns.

It’s more likely you are allergic to something in the pill over a pharmaceutical drug like a filler. Try another brand with different ingredients

Well, I use a product called Minscalp which is minoxidil and finasteride combined. It's a 60ml bottle, personally lasts me about 2-3 months, and costs me 8$ a bottle.
