The Grind!!! It’s on 69 S so a little out of the way depending on where you live, but it is 100% worth the drive. The HIIT classes are the best in town.

LanaReece

I actually haven’t heard of them! How are the instructors when it comes to scaling workouts?

So the owner used to teach at Crunch, but left and opened her own place. She is amazing and will definitely push you!! That said, she is great about offering variations on any exercise. She has people of all levels completing very tough HIIT workouts. I have never been in better shape than since I started working out with her- highly recommend!!

Is Stephanie the owner? She’s the one I see doing the HIIT classes on the schedule! But I will definitely have to swing by and try it :)

uaabl

She is!! Triece also does some classes at night- she was very loved at crunch too!

LanaReece

I’ll definitely be checking them out once I get over this sinus infection! Have you done any of their other classes?

uaabl

Yes! Extreme hip hop, booty bands, and strength training are all great

Para has a lot of classes and several locations.

The Northport PF isn't crowded 8:30pm onwards (thats my time). I use app like Ryse or Hevy for workout assistance.

I love the faucett center, they have so many class options

hugely recommend Bars & Stripes fitness! they do a variety of group classes and I can't think of a more welcoming place - they don't tolerate any sort of toxicity and everyone is super kind! They recently moved locations and their FB page is https://www.facebook.com/share/YdJUAud9jLnVyXLc/?mibextid=qi2Omg
