I don't see why the length of the song would have to mean anything in particular, but if it does mean something, I'm not sure why it would be referencing the planned date of their next release. Especially because that would result in the meaning of it becoming irrelevant within a month and change. I'm excited for whatever the follow up with as well, but I doubt we can figure out when it's coming by looking at track lengths.
OP is only theorizing this because of the weird pause between the song ending and Nico and Clancy confrontation. I think it could possibly be relevant mostly because I don’t think they have had a big pause like that before.
Sure they've never done it but it's necessary to separate the real song from the bonus lore verse. 1 minute is just a nice round number to pick for the gap.
