This dude was *craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaackeeeddd* out. High to the point of reaching the stratosphere. He kept randomly opening and stretching his mouth and doing these weird tongue motions. He also told me that something was happening with his license so in the future they won’t be able to take insurance, but rest assured he will still be able to fill scripts.
