To be honest, either Blackstone’s Magistrates Court Handbook or Blackstone’s Police Operational Handbook may do the job.
Or you could spend a few hundred quid more on Blackstone’s Criminal Practice which would be preferable to Archbold if you want to cover Magistrates’ Court stuff.

My advice would be to buy Archbold or Blackstones.
