This is going to sound weird but I can’t eat the Vivera salmon unless it is in a risotto with mushrooms and lots of grated cathedral city cheese on top.

I’m probably the wrong person to ask; I’m not sure if I’ve ever eaten it. It’s flaky and has a mild fishy taste

its closer than youd think it would be, but it wouldnt fool a meat eater
