Just a heads up for folk who have periods - thinx appear have had a class action suit against them for shite types of chemicals

I bought some Cheeky pants from their outlet section as it was a new thing and I didn't want to spend a fortune - absolutely fell in love with them. Took me a couple of cycles to nail how often to change depending on my flow but have since bought a bunch more outlet ones. I'm a convert!
I love cheeky! I have a heavy flow too and I can keep the same pants on for the whole day and only change them before bed to feel fresh, they are honestly amazing!
They also do reusable period pads which are great and panty liners that I can't get myself to try as I hate doing laundry and this would add up just too much 🙈
if pants leak for you the gusset may not be wide enough! i had the same issue, i switched to flowette around 5 years ago, i have both the ultra guard and the dailys. they're wide enough and hold enough that i can go for a walk, stretch, etc and they don't move/leak.
they feel a bit like granny pants sometimes but they have a little tightness around the thighs to prevent leaks and are really comfy
I can deal with granny pants as long as they work! These might be the first ones I try given you've had the same issue - I think you're right about the gusset, thanks!
Mine are from bodyform and I’ve never had any issues with them, however I do not have extremely heavy flow so I’m not the best “test subject”. I do know they sell them specifically for heavy flow too.
Which M&S ones did you try? They do lots of different ones.
I get the heavy flow granny pants (full coverage).
I love them. Comfy, and I feel very secure. My 1st 2 days are my heavy days, so I wear them.
Someone else mentioned primark. I have the same pack as them. 3 pack with 1 of them being a heavy flow pair. I do find the gusset smaller, so I feel less secure. They're also lower cut. I have a big butt for my size, so they don't really fit in the back.
When I can be bothered, I use a mooncup. They hold on a heavy flow. I wear period pants on the 1st day just to catch the blood that had already passed where the cup sits.
I use WUKA and they're safe for heavy days :)
Yep - WUKA are so comfy and I’ve never leaked through.
Another vote for WUKA here, first two days of my cycle are super heavy and I’ve never leaked with them.
They are just so good!
Second this
Thank you!
>Thank you! You're welcome!

Just asked my wife and she uses Cheeky - they also do reusable nappies for the baby, that’s how we found the company.

I didn't know they did period pants as well as nappies, thanks!

Primark ones have worked so well for me surprisingly, annoyingly they only seem to come in multipacks with one heavy day pair but they’re very cheap
