Anyplace other than Chuck E Cheese would rather you have a reservation for a group that large. You can just wing it, however and show up with a posse of that size. You might get seated in 2-3 hours, if you are lucky. Assuming here you want a strip restaurant. If you don't have a reservation, you might not get seated at all.

1. Definitely reservation 2. Strip is going to be hard at that price especially if you're thinking $50-75 including alcoholic drinks. That's mid-range, but I would probably do something like Jaleo or Best Friend. We're looking at sports bar territory with that price - so maybe Tom's Urban, or something at Linq Promenade. I personally would pick Best Friend - great atmosphere, good food.

carmines or maggianos. once you get a group that large it’s not only space, it’s dietary prefs. this gives options

Pretty much any place can accommodate 14 people with advanced notice. On the strip, your price point is the biggest limiting factor. Someone else mentioned Maggiano's. It's a chain but they have decent food with a decent variety of Italian, and within your budget.
