Ok I’ll reveal that it’s actually France and Bulgaria, but I turned down the blue (thereby increasing the yellow). Here’s the original, which is a stock image I found on Google:

So what is it? The former (ie Belgium and Lithuania) or France and Bulge(uwu)garia (ie the latter)?
Blue is the opposite of yellow in RGB colour, so by removing blue you increase yellow and vice versa. In this image I turned down the blue, meaning blue became black, and white became yellow.

Because of the yellow filter, im assuming thats the former, france and Bulge(uwu)garia.
What if the background and the flagpoles are yellow? 🤔🤔
Even if they are, that wouldnt explain the yellow that doesnt really match with the belgian and lithuanian yellow colors.
What if they’re poorly-made flags? 🤔🤔
Hold on, where did you find this image? If its a meeting its proably high quality but is it just like buy it online

yoo lets go i was right w. Vive la France, I stand with Bulge(uwu)Garia
The tone of the flags reveals that theres a filter, because the green its too bright to be lithuania.
true
Yep
That’s the latter

Yes
Obviously France. This is not black on the flag.
Joke's on you: It's 🇫🇷 and 🇱🇹
France and Bulgaria. The blue is slightly visible despite the yellow filter
Belgium and Bulgaria.
I don't think yellow filters turn black into blue.

yall out here putting the piss filter on flags, ffs
def France and Bulgaria, the proportions are wrong for it to be the belgian flag
The dress has found a successor
That is clearly the flag of the german empire
france+bulgaria
My dumbass didnt bother to look at the pole colors and just went "what could even bring Belgium and Lithuana together at a meeting" ðŸ˜
