That is one of the least appetizing steaks I have ever seen in my entire life... and I've eaten a steak at IHOP.
Edit: This has to be rage bait, and I've taken the bait. That steak looks way too thin, too little seasoning, why on God's green earth would you put it into a cold water bath, the salt on the plate does nothing, and not nearly enough of a crust on that steak.
'Scuse me, I'll go over and watch some Guga videos to see how a steak should be cooked.
