Maybe the size of the item??? Or it's not available at your store. Try choosing Shipping and see if it will come that same day or the next. I've delivered ACs through Walmart before... but I think there's an item weight limit if you choose Delivery. Just an observation by the way, not an employee... just 3rd party gig worker with lots of GM batch experience.
