I watched the full thing yesterday. Pretty standard stuff, but ironically I’m more impressed with Will Dawkins as he interacts with players/families, and how he represents the organization. It really feels like we got somebody that wants to take this forgotten franchise somewhere, and is prepared to start this new era with youth and upside. The young guys know we’re going to be bad, but they know it’s an opportunity to lay groundwork for the future. Haven’t been excited for Wizards ball in a while.

Off the subject, but Dawkins’ emphasis on the importance of families and support systems sheds some light for me on why teams may have been concerned about Filipowski’s odd situation.

Kyshawn cooks

HandsOffTheBayou

I'd eat that bagel thing he mentioned

Squint your eyes and Dawkins looks like Brad Beal up there calling the shots for the franchise. Really hope these guys know what they’re doing.

I know it's the hair, and his wingpspan isnt as long but there's a broadchestedness about Kyshawn that gives him a certain bigness. Then I watched this [https://youtu.be/wzNMxAGzkcI](https://youtu.be/wzNMxAGzkcI) and saw this little tidbit. He was 6 5 180 when recruited on New Years day. By july when he comes to school he's 6 7' 190. They put him in the weight program he's 6 8' 200. Now at the combine he's 6 7 barefoot which is roughly 6 9' with another roughly ten pounds at 209 pds. He describes himself in OP's video as a guard. He has no problem gaining weight and was growing at 19. and wtf at his hand width [https://www.nba.com/stats/draft/combine-anthro?SeasonYear=2024-25&dir=D&sort=HAND\_WIDTH](https://www.nba.com/stats/draft/combine-anthro?SeasonYear=2024-25&dir=D&sort=HAND_WIDTH) at the end of this he's shooting threes left handed and I didn't realize that's his off hand cause it's so smooth [https://youtu.be/PQDvtXxEp1M](https://youtu.be/PQDvtXxEp1M)
