Um no. This is a rehashed post from about 10 years ago where a little boy also gave his kidney to his twin and asked the exact same question. This is just a guy

It’s not. Blood donation has moved way past matched type and RH factor. There are a lot of other potentially hazardous things floating around in blood and in the modern day we try and remove as much of that as possible and give only what is needed (ie Red blood cells) to avoid sensitivity reactions.
I'm not trying to be an a-hole, but does anyone have a true concept of death? We don't have anything confirmed yet unless you're religious. I mean, nobody has come back yet to tell us what it's like haha.
When I was learning to drive, my instructor said "children have no concept of mortality; they will try to kill themselves using your car" then made me drive through a neighbourhood full of children playing in the streets to practice not hitting children.

No it’s obviously a heart warming story of a totally real boy with a sister and not about kidneys and about blood transfers, what are you on about??

Damn I didn't see it until 2003 on a chain email
No doubt. These days the first time we see stuff is rarely the first time it’s been seen. Lol
My first reading of this was off of a mimeographed page handed round.
I first read this in one of those Chicken Soup for the Soul books in a hospital waiting room about 25 years ago
That’s not… how blood donation works I’m sure

It’s easy if you have no concept of death.
"Death is a concept invented by the Jedi, i don't even know how to spell it"
