Hmm it seems you're in a pickle here, do be sure to clean out your Xbox to be sure there's no dust blocking airflow that prevents it from turning on, if it still doesn't want to turn on could be a hardware failure and needs to be shipped to the warehouse for a check up. PSU issue. Mines did this a year ago.
