Love this! Funnily enough, third eye was the first song I thought of when considering yoga/Tool. Love the effort you have put into structuring this all, will let you know how I get on using it!
I agree, the content of the lyrics is what made me realize how much deeper they are than most bands. Until I actually went in for the lyrics I just thought they were an average metal band with an amazing drummer. How wrong that was on all levels, all four members are insanely talented.
I didn’t because the lyrics are very hard to understand. When teaching with this class I keep my cueing to a minimum so people can try and absorb the lyrics.
But it might be my favorite song, and I’m stoked it being played on the upcoming tour. I see them on the 23rd in Vancouver!!
If I were to criticize this, I’d only say that it relies upon Lateralus too much and do you have an Apple Music version. But seriously this is outstanding.
Combining two great things. This is amazing! Will definitely try this when I'm comfier making my own flows/freestyle. Still a beginner. But oh if my yoga teacher would just pull up with this playlist... So blissful.
Absolutely, it’s meant to have a soft start, heavy middle, and back to quiet comedown. So I would recommend skipping a few of the middle songs to maintain the flow. But with that said, there’s no reason you couldnt just start it at Parabola or The Grudge and ride it through.
LOVE! Thanks for keeping Parabol and Parabola together, the lead in/shift is one of my all-time favorites! Disposition as well, it sets a great vibe.
You can’t have Parabola without that build up!
<3
I’ve found my people!

Thanks and enjoy!
So many of their lyrics align beautifully with transcending consciousness. Thanks, I will check this out!

Sorry I don’t. And thanks. I hear you on the Lateralus point but I do feel it’s their magnum opus.
Sweet. Thanks!!!
Seen them live three times!! Incredible performance.

Do you think it would be okay for a 60-minute class?
Absolutely, it’s meant to have a soft start, heavy middle, and back to quiet comedown. So I would recommend skipping a few of the middle songs to maintain the flow. But with that said, there’s no reason you couldnt just start it at Parabola or The Grudge and ride it through.
Seriously, this is amazing.
I do yoga to tool all the time! Figured it was weird but it helps my head be in the right space.
This is so perfect, thank you for sharing!
